This retreat consists of traditional downhill skiing and mindfulness practices with facilitators.
Prior ski (or snowboard) experience is required.
Ski equipment rental is possible when needed.
Fees
Alpine ski retreat is 1470€ in total, plus ski rental if needed:
- 970€ advance registration
- 500€ cash upon arrival
- 75€ cash for ski rental (optional)
- 150€ cash for a double room (optional)
