This retreat consists of traditional downhill skiing and mindfulness practices with monastics.

Prior ski (or snowboard) experience is required.

Ski equipment rental is possible when needed.

Alpine ski retreat is 1200 Euro in total, plus ski rental if needed:

700 Euro advance registration
500 Euro cash upon arrival
65 Euro cash for ski rental (optional)
100 Euro cash for a double room (optional)
